We will cook in this way: boil hard-boiled eggs and cut them into small cubes. Add chopped cucumber and onion to them. Cut sausage cheese into cubes. Mix everything and season with mayonnaise.

  • wash the vegetables and cook them right in the skin until tender, then cool and peel. Chop the peeled onion into a small cube and fry it in hot oil until golden;
  • open a jar of sprats and transfer the fish to a separate plate. Mix well with a fork so that there are no large pieces. Grind potatoes and carrots separately on a coarse grater. You can start assembling the salad;
  • take a flat plate and put the potatoes on the bottom and press it down to make an even layer. Lubricate with a small amount of mayonnaise and put the fish on top, and then the onion.
