  • Tartlets - 10 pcs.
  • Creamy cream cheese - 100 gr.
  • Lightly salted salmon - 100 gr.

Step 1. Boil the beef, let it cool a little, and cut into thin strips.

Step 2 Shred thin straws and cucumbers, you can grate for Korean carrots.

Step 3 Put the pan on the fire and heat the oil. In the meantime, clean the onion, wash, cut into small cubes and fry. When the onion is slightly golden, add the beef, tomato paste, sugar, salt and fry for another 3 minutes. Then add cucumbers and keep on fire for another 2 minutes. Remove from the stove, transfer to a container and let cool to a slightly warm temperature.

Step 4 We form bags. Put the stuffing in the middle of the pancake, put the pancake in the shape of a bag and tie it with boiled and cooled tagliatelle.
