As soon as the top of the powder is browned, cover the form with foil, lower the temperature to 180 * C and leave to bake for another 40 minutes. To keep the crust beautiful, remove the foil as soon as you remove the dish from the oven.

Chicken breasts with vegetables baked in foil

1 chicken breast

1 large carrot

2 heads of onion

1 pickle

2 teaspoons mustard

3 teaspoons sour cream

Divide the chicken breast fillet into two parts. Prepare the mixture: mix mustard, sour cream and salt. Fold the chopped fillet into the sauce and leave to marinate for at least half an hour. Finely chop the onion and lightly fry it. Separately, grate the cucumber and carrot. In the browned onion, first add the carrots, simmer a little, and then the cucumber for two minutes. Put foil in a baking dish and lay the ingredients in layers: first part stewed vegetables, pickled breasts on them and vegetables again on top. Fasten the foil around the edges tightly, and put in the oven to stew for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 200 * C.

2-3 chicken breasts

300-400 gr. mushrooms

3-4 bulbs

4-6 canned pineapple slices

3 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons mustard

Allspice

150-200 gr. liquid mayonnaise

Mushroom seasoning

2-3 teaspoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon ketchup or hot tomato (optional)

Mushrooms and onions cut into equal pieces, mix. Add mushroom seasoning and 1-2 teaspoons of soy sauce to them.

Pour a little oil into the prepared baking dish, lay the chicken breasts in an even layer, mushrooms and onions on them. Cut each circle of canned pineapple into 4 parts and put on a mushroom layer, and on top of it all pour the sauce in which the meat was marinated. Preheat the oven and put the chicken breasts to stew for 40-45 minutes, at a temperature of 200 * C.
