Cooking method:

  5. At the end of the eighth hour, remove all meat parts from the broth. Separate the meat from the bones and chop finely. Strain the broth through cheesecloth.

If the broth has become cloudy, at the end of cooking, break a raw egg into it to collect small particles. Then take the egg out with a slotted spoon.

6. Finely chop the peeled garlic and herbs, mix with minced meat.

7. Put the meat with garlic in an even layer in an enameled tray with high sides. Pour in the broth. Cool, then refrigerate until completely set.

Mushroom caps stuffed with caviar

  • large champignons - 400 g
  • sour cream - 200 g
  • bacon - 50 g
  • garlic - 2 cloves

  • vegetable oil, salt, pepper

Cooking:

  1. Peel the mushrooms, rinse, cut off the legs and set aside. Lay the caps on a parchment-lined heat-resistant tray.
  2. Finely chop the mushroom stalks along with the garlic, onion and bacon. Fry in a well-heated skillet vegetable oil, stirring, 5-7 minutes until soft.
  3. Add thyme leaves, sour cream and 1/2 tbsp. l. crackers. Salt, pepper, stir and keep on fire, stirring, for another 1 minute.
  4. Stuff the mushroom caps with the resulting mass and sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs. Put in the oven at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes. Turn on the function that covers the products with a ruddy crust.
  5. Remove the mushrooms from the oven and place red caviar on top of the stuffed hats. Ready.

  • 5-6 garlic cloves;

How to cook:

Then, the prepared meat must be rolled well in flour and fried in a frying pan in vegetable oil until light golden brown.

Let's start preparing the filling. To do this, mix half a serving of grated cheese with herbs, garlic, mayonnaise and mustard.

We spread each fried piece on a baking sheet covered with parchment, and cover the meat with stuffing on top. Add another layer of grated cheese on top.

We bake the finished pieces under the "fur coat" at 200 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

It is not necessary to take chicken meat for this dish. Pork will do too. But then it is not necessary to fry it, but immediately put it in the oven.

And cook for about 35 minutes. You can also add chopped tomatoes and sweet peppers or champignons fried with onions to the filling. And you can, instead of the specified filling, put a piece on each chop canned pineapple, and top with grated cheese and sprinkle with mayonnaise. It will turn out very tasty too.

We are used to buying ready-made sausages, ham and other things in stores. And if you try to do something like that yourself, using new recipes?

  2. We cut the salmon into strips 5 cm thick. Salt, pepper, put in a baking dish. Drizzle with lemon juice and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

  • 2 onions;

1. Wash the cabbage well. Boil the whole head of cabbage until the vegetable softens. It is very convenient to do this with a steamer.
2. If the spinach is frozen, first let it thaw under natural conditions. Then finely chop the product. Fry for 5 - 6 minutes in a pan.
3. Fry flour in olive oil until light golden brown. Pour milk into it in small portions. Stir constantly with a whisk to avoid lumps. Add salt, nutmeg, pepper mixture. Cook sauce until thickened. Add the fried spinach to it and simmer on the fire for a couple more minutes.
4. Disassemble the boiled cabbage into inflorescences. Pour into an ovenproof dish. Pour in the sauce from the previous step.
5. Pour food with grated cheese.
Cook the side dish in the oven at 200 ° C for a quarter of an hour.

Rustic potatoes in the oven



Ingredients:

8 - 9 pcs. potato tubers;
1 tsp sweet ground paprika;
2 pinches of ground red pepper;
1 pinch of dried basil;
salt;
2 pinches of dried oregano;
granulated garlic;
6 art. l. sunflower oil.

Cooking:

1. Wash potatoes with a stiff brush. Sand and other contaminants should not remain on the potato peel.
2. Cut the prepared tubers into quarters. You need to work with a knife along the vegetable so that the pieces are oblong.
3. Rinse potatoes thoroughly with cold water again. Pour the pieces on a towel made of natural fabric so that the latter absorbs moisture.
4. Return the potatoes back to the bowl. Season with all aromatic spices, oil, salt and granulated garlic. Mix the ingredients well with your hands.
5. Put the prepared potato pieces on a baking sheet with parchment skin down.
Bake the side dish for half an hour at 180 ° C. Check the readiness of the vegetable with a knife or a toothpick. Serve potatoes with regular ketchup or any garlic sauce.

Hot salad with mushrooms

Ingredients:

330 g fresh champignons;
120 g purple onions;
160 g sweet bell pepper;
1 bunch of lettuce leaves;
60 g of cheese;
vegetable oil;
20 ml of table vinegar;
130 g dry white beans;
pomegranate sauce;
10 g mustard seeds;
1 pinch of dried thyme;
Adyghe salt.

Cooking:

1. Pour cold water over dry white beans overnight. Boil until done.

ground black pepper;
1 garlic clove.

Cooking:

1. Remove bad leaves from Brussels sprouts. Cut off damaged areas. Cut large heads of cabbage into 2 parts.
2. Boil the cabbage in a little water with lemon juice for 2-3 minutes to remove the bitterness.
3. Put the vegetable in a colander, pour over with ice water. This will help keep its bright appetizing color.
4. Cut the garlic into thin slices.
5. Mix tomato paste and sour cream. Pour in water. Add salt, black pepper.
6. Lubricate the form with softened butter. Put cabbage in it. Pour in tomato mixture.
7. Bake cabbage for a quarter of an hour at medium temperature.
8. Grate Dutch cheese on top. And leave the dish in the oven for another 7 - 8 minutes.

Spicy snack on chips

Ingredients:

1 large tomato;
3 - 4 garlic cloves;
90 g of hard cheese;
90 g of dill greens;
½ st. light mayonnaise;
60 g olives;
10 large oval chips of the same size and shape.

Cooking:

1. Grind dill. Mix it with grated cheese, cubes of tomatoes. Add garlic, mayonnaise.
2. Put the resulting filling on the chips.
3. Decorate the appetizer with halves of olives.
Serve immediately before the chips are soaked.

Raffaello with crab sticks, cheese, olives



Ingredients:

120 g of quality crab sticks;
2 boiled chicken eggs;
70 g of processed cheese and 50 g of hard;
fine salt to taste;
classic mayonnaise;
fresh garlic.

Cooking:

1. Grate garlic, crab sticks, cooled eggs and hard cheese on the smallest grater.
2. Mix the prepared ingredients, season with mayonnaise. Salt. Add melted cheese.

Ingredients:

1 chicken breast;
