  4. Wash the parsley root, scrape it with a knife and leave it whole.
  5. Fill the pot with 3 liters of purified water, bring it to a boil, put the parsley root, chopped parsley and sweet peas into it. Then add the prepared and leave to boil over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Wash the buckwheat in running water and add to the chicken broth.

In France and Italy, it is customary to cook main courses with hard cheeses, but no one adds them during the cooking process. The reason is simple - neither parmesan nor cantal melt in boiling water. They are added to the stew before serving: cheeses are either tinder to sprinkle on the dish, or cut into thin slices and spread on the bottom of the plate. In the countries of Eastern Europe, cheese soups are traditionally made from cheese, as it dissolves perfectly in the broth. To make Creamy Tomato Soup, you will need:

  • liter of water;
  • 2 processed cheese("Friendship", "Amber");
  • a glass of cream;
  • a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • 2 small potatoes;
  • 1 medium onion;
  • olive or sunflower oil;
  • celery, parsley, dill.

If you like smoked pork rather than chicken, this recipe can be modified by boiling the soup on the ribs, and when serving, decorate the dish with crispy slices of fried bacon.

  • boneless (300 g);
  • processed cheese (2.5 pcs.);
  • 150 gr. mushrooms;
  • a couple of medium potatoes;
  • leek (1 pc.);
  • greens, salt and spices to taste;
  • 2-3 slices of white bread;
  • vegetable oil.

Boil the broth. Pour off a small part of it, dilute the melted cheese in it. Place the diced potatoes in the pot with the rest of the broth. In a thin stream, pour in the liquid in which the cheese has dissolved. Mix everything well and cook on low heat for another quarter of an hour. During this time, wash and clean the mushrooms. Mushrooms and meat cut into medium pieces, finely chop the greens. Throw all the ingredients into a saucepan, add salt and spices. Remove soup from heat after 10 minutes. Heat up the pan, add some sunflower oil and fry the bread cubes in it. Put the croutons in cheese on a plate just before serving.

There is a way out - cook a very light stew in the summer, where the main components will be vegetables and asparagus beans, and sausage cheese, present in small doses, will give the whole dish an appetizing flavor.

The summer soup recipe includes the following ingredients (per 2 liters of water):

  • chicken;
  • 200 gr. sausage cheese;
  • 300 gr. asparagus beans;
  • medium-sized potatoes (3 pcs.);
  • one zucchini;
  • a couple of carrots;
  • to taste herbs, spices, salt.

Pour water into a saucepan, put it on fire. While it is warming up, peel and wash the vegetables. Cut potatoes into small cubes, carrots and zucchini into strips. When the water boils, toss the vegetables and wing into the pot. asparagus beans rinse and remove the ends from it. Cut the pods into 3-4 pieces. 6-10 minutes before the end of cooking, put the beans in the soup. Then add grated sausage cheese and chopped greens. Salt, pepper, mix the soup thoroughly.
