I always bake gratin in chicken broth with cheese and onions. The dish never turned out raw, dry or tasteless. For my family, gratin is almost a universal side dish.
Recipe: Salt and fry 2 onions in half rings in olive oil, at this time preheat the oven to 200 degrees. After 8-10 minutes of frying, pour the onion with ½ cup chicken broth and steam for a couple of minutes. Grease an ovenproof dish butter, put one layer of potatoes (circles 2-3 mm thick), onion in half rings, thyme, salt and pepper and pieces of butter. Recipe: Mix 1 cup of kefir with 0.5 tsp. salt, the same amount of sugar and soda. Add 2 cups flour and 1 cup hard cheese (grated), knead the dough. Divide the dough thus obtained into small koloboks and form a cake. I usually put ham inside, it all depends on your imagination. Fry over medium heat, covered with a lid.

Before you start compiling an evening menu, calculate how many calories your family can eat before bed. On average, this is 20% of the daily diet. Moreover, a woman needs 1500-2000 kcal per day, which means that she can afford 300-400 kcal for dinner. A man needs 2500-3000 kcal, respectively, his evening meal should contain 500-600 kcal. Children spend even more energy per day, so their dinner cannot be lighter than 580 kcal. Just don't be scared - this does not mean at all that you will have to cook individual dishes for each family member. I will not talk about the benefits of fish, but I will praise corn, undeservedly forgotten. It contains fiber, protein, a large amount of B vitamins, vitamin E, potassium, phosphorus, iron, zinc. Magnesium, which is found in large quantities in corn, perfectly compensates for the deficiency of this element during diseases associated with aging or fatigue of the body after winter. Corn also has anti-stress property. And vitamin E prevents sclerosis.

Including corn in your daily menu reduces the risk of heart disease and protects against cancer. The carbohydrates contained in corn provide the body with energy without causing fat deposits.


2. "Fish in the marinade"

Another great option quick fish dinner. The dish is prepared very quickly, you just need to marinate the fish in advance.

We will need:

  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Liquid honey - 1 tbsp.
  • Ginger, grated on a fine grater - 2 tsp
  • Fillet of salmon, trout or any other fish of your choice - 600 g

Finely chop the onion. Mix all ingredients except the main one. Cut the fish into portions. Coat it with the resulting mixture on all sides, put it in a container and fill it with the rest of the marinade. Do not be afraid of honey in the composition - it is he who will provide you with an unforgettable tasty dinner quickly and easily.

3. Avocado gazpacho

Who said you can't have soup at night? I fundamentally disagree. It is possible and even necessary. For example, as light and tasty as my favorite vegetable tomato-avocado gazpacho.

So the recipe!

  • 1 avocado
  • 3 cucumbers
  • A pinch of arugula
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1-2 tomatoes
  • "Tabasco"
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Peel the avocados and cucumbers, place in a blender, add olive oil, arugula, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Beat in a blender with the addition of water (150 ml).

Scald tomatoes with boiling water and peel. Punch separately in a blender with the addition of water (150 ml) and a few drops of Tabasco. Pour two mixtures into a plate from both sides at the same time. Decorate olive oil and arugula.

4. French chicken

Chicken is a wonderful food! Especially the fillet. Especially for dinner. It is low-fat, satisfying, does not leave heaviness in the stomach.

Have you ever wondered why French women are so slim? The secret was revealed to me by my friend, who, after university, married a Frenchman and settled near Paris.

It turns out that they allow themselves everything, but in a small amount. The so-called "fractional nutrition" (I will talk about this in more detail in my next article).


So this recipe was kindly given to me by Natasha Zhakmen (and in Russian Pirogova). The main thing is to prepare eat small portions(after all, in a rush, we are often ready to “persuade” a whole chicken).

Take cream (low-fat), add a mixture of your favorite spices to them, you can have mustard in grains. Pour in the sauce chicken fillet, cut into portioned pieces, and take it out of the refrigerator in the evening as needed, just fry in a pan. For 500 g of meat you need 300 ml of cream. Thanks to this recipe, you will get the most tender, light, tasty and quick dinner.

5. "Cheese pudding"

Pudding - english dessert from eggs, sugar, milk and flour, which in classic version prepared in a water bath. Fruit or spices are added to the pudding. It is usually served chilled.

Our pudding is not quite classic, so it can be served both cold and warm, poured with berry syrup or jam.

This is a great dinner or even dessert - as you like.

You will need:

  • Curd - 100 g
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp (without slide)
  • Semolina - 1 tbsp. (without slide)
  • Vanillin - a pinch
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Lemon juice - 2-3 drops
  • Berry syrup or jam

Grind the egg with sugar. Add vanilla, salt, a few drops of lemon juice, mix. Add cottage cheese, mix until smooth. Add semolina, mix again and pour into silicone molds. Or in a dish that can be put in the microwave. We put in the microwave at maximum power for 3 minutes. Further, without opening the door microwave oven, let the almost ready pudding “rest” for a couple of minutes. Then cook for another 2 minutes at the same power.

I'm sure my recipes will be useful to many. They are simple and tasty, and at the same time, the dishes look beautiful and really help to lose weight. But I must warn you: don't expect instant results. I never tire of repeating that it is more important to change the way you think.

Now there is even a computer program (for gadget addicts) that helps the body remember harmful and healthy foods. I think that this is necessary for any modern woman. We leaf through fashion magazines that develop taste. So such a “food training” sets the head on “usefulness”.

And more advice from my personal experience.

I think many have noticed that in the fight against extra pounds, it’s not the problem areas that lose weight first, but the face and chest. This is directly related to their good blood supply. In order to reduce fat deposits on the abdomen and hips, it is useful to visit a sauna and a bath to improve blood circulation. Regular high-quality massage will also help. It will make your skin smoother and more beautiful, help to partially get rid of cellulite. Such procedures also improve lymph circulation, strengthen the cardiovascular system, and reduce stress.

And finally, advice for those who do not exercise regularly. It is simply vital for you to leave a place for walking or cycling, or at least morning exercises. This does not guarantee the acquisition of steel muscles, but it allows you to keep fit and is an indispensable part of a healthy lifestyle.
