Cut the bread into small cubes and spread on a preheated dry frying pan. Fry the croutons over medium heat, stirring frequently with a spatula to prevent burning. Readiness of crackers is determined by tapping on them with a spatula. If they have become absolutely firm, then they are ready.

  1. Crackers are ready and waiting in the wings, and we are transgressing to cutting the ingredients for the salad. Let's start with the chicken. In a couple of minutes, cut a piece smoked chicken or chicken roll(as in my case) into beautiful neat cubes, commensurate with beans, which will also fall into this salad. Fatty salad fully justifies its name, it turns out to be very satisfying, and, unfortunately (for those who adhere to the principles proper nutrition), very fat. Almost all my relatives and friends managed to try this salad, the salad invariably becomes the most popular dish at the holidays. Of course, Nazhorysty salad belongs to the category of incorrect (harmful) recipes on our website, but still I recommend it, because it is very tasty =) The calorie content of one serving of salad (150 grams) is 390 kcal, the cost of a serving is 33 rubles. Chemical composition one serving of salad: proteins - 19 grams; fats - 25 grams; carbohydrates - 20 grams.

Ingredients:

To prepare the salad, we need (for 11 servings):

  • canned red beans - 2 cans;
  • rye crackers - 200 grams;
  • boiled chicken fillet - 300 grams;

Soak the beans overnight, then boil, pour soy sauce and season with suneli hops, oregano and chopped garlic, mix well with Korean carrots, add croutons and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
