Before pouring the dough for the first pancake into the pan, you need to grease it with vegetable oil. Then you can no longer do this if the pan is special.

Grease each finished pancake with melted butter and stack the pancakes in a pile.

With veal and sour cream

You can cook such pancakes for dinner, but they also have the same place on the festive table. The secret is that the brisket, before scrolling it through a meat grinder, is quickly fried in a hot frying pan. It is not at all the same as the traditional meat filling from boiled beef. For pancake filling, fry asparagus, shallots, morels in a pan for 3-5 minutes, add bere blanc sauce and let stand for a couple of minutes. In parallel, boil the poached egg, and so that the yolk remains slightly runny.

As a result, the dough should look like liquid sour cream. At the end, pour in vegetable oil and mix again.

In a fairly hot frying pan, smeared with oil, pour a thin layer of dough, browned on the first side, turn the pancake over to the second side. When it is fried, remove with a spatula.

  • 5 grams of baking soda.

Cooking method:

Eggs are beaten with a blender until foam appears. Continuing to beat the eggs, salt and add hot boiled water.

Then pour kefir or another light fermented milk product, mix well.

We pass the flour through a sieve, pour soda, granulated sugar and add sunflower oil. Mix the mixture of eggs and kefir and flour.

We bake pancakes in a heated frying pan flavored with sunflower oil until golden brown on each side.

These pancakes are hearty, soft and tender. They can be prepared without baking soda. Instead of soda, the finished dough should be put in the refrigerator for two hours. Then the pancakes will be airy.
