  • vegetable oil for frying
  • boiled carrots 1 pc.
  • pickled cucumbers 2 pcs.
  • boiled eggs 2 pcs.
  • onion 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise
  • salt, pepper to taste

Ingredients:

  • lightly salted salmon fillet 150 g

Ingredients:

  • boiled potatoes 2 pcs.

  • fresh cucumber 1 pc.
  • Riga sprats 1 can
  • green pea 2 tbsp. l.

  • mayonnaise

Crab salad with corn

Ingredients:

  • crab sticks 200 g
  • pickled cucumber 2 pcs.
  • boiled eggs 2 pcs.
  • canned corn 4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method: Leave 2 sticks for decoration, cut the rest into small cubes. Egg and cucumber also cut into cubes. We put crab sticks in glasses or glasses, coat with mayonnaise, pickles and corn, coat with mayonnaise, and lastly lay out the eggs. With the help of mayonnaise, we make a beautiful mesh and put the crab sticks cut into small strips in the center.
