Ingredients:

  • tofu cheese - 400 g;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • egg noodles - 300 g;
  • carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • shallot - 2 pcs.;
  • pea sprouts - 30 g;
  • lemon juice - 1 1/2 tbsp. spoons;
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • ground black pepper - to taste.

Cut the block of tofu into cubes. Heat the peanut butter in a frying pan and fry the cheese pieces on it for 1 minute on each side. We transfer the fried tofu to a napkin to absorb excess fat, and cover it with a sheet of foil to keep warm.

  • sesame oil - 1/2 teaspoon;

  • flour - 100 g;
  • coriander - 1/2 bunch;

Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, sugar and crushed garlic in a small bowl. Grind the white part of the green onion feather and also send it to our sauce.

Tofu fried in coconut bread. Thus, the fingers are lightly rubbed on a grater so that their surface is rough. Tofu is baked in coconut flour, then in potato flour dissolved in water, and finally in coconut flakes. We are roasting hot coconut oil for 2 minutes on each side.

  • Cut the tofu into four pieces.
  • Place the potato flour in a bowl, pour in the water, stir.
  • We should get a rather rare, liquid consistency.
  • For individual bowls, we throw in coconut flour and coconut flakes.
