  • water - 2 l;
  • potatoes - 4-6 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • sunflower oil - 40 ml;
  • lean pork - 500-700 g;
  • garlic - 2 teeth;
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
  • salt - an incomplete tablespoon;
  • ground black pepper - a pinch;
  • spicy capsicum- 1/10 of a pod.

How to cook potato soup with fried meat

We fill the pan with two liters of clean drinking water and put it on fire.
We clean the carrots, wash them, rub them on a coarse grater. Next we need a frying pan. Heat up the pan and put the grated carrots on it. Fry the carrots in sunflower oil (20 ml) for 5 minutes (do not forget to stir it with a spatula).


After that, the carrots are sent to boiling water. Add a couple of bay leaves and cover the pan with a lid.


We clean and wash potatoes. Cut it into strips or cubes.
We send it to boiling water.


Wash the pork thoroughly in plenty of water. Cut the meat into small cubes with a size of 1.5-2 cm.
We will use the pan in which the carrots were fried. Pour the remaining 20 ml into the pan sunflower oil and put the meat in there. Pork fry for 10-15 minutes.

Stir the meat often with a spatula, otherwise it will burn. Ultimately, the cubes of meat should be heavily browned. Then add the meat to the soup.


Cook soup over medium heat until all ingredients are cooked through.
At the end of cooking (2 minutes before removing the pan from the heat), salt and pepper the soup, add hot peppers and garlic (we pass it through the press).
