We clean the carrots, wash and cut into semicircles. Add a little refined sunflower oil to the multicooker bowl and spread the carrots. Turn on the “fry” mode and fry the carrots for 8-10 minutes, stirring from time to time with a wooden or plastic spatula (so as not to scratch the coating of the bowl).


Then add peeled and diced potatoes, a whole unpeeled but thoroughly washed onion, a chicken quarter (I previously removed the skin from it, because I did not want a greasy broth) and bay leaf.


Pour all the ingredients with two liters of water and turn on the “cook” mode for 50 minutes.
