Ingredients:

Egg - 1 pc
Onion (1 pc in minced meat, 1 pc in sauce) - 2 pcs
Mushrooms (any) - 200 g
Black pepper
Salt
Rice - 200 g
Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.
Minced meat - 500 g
Hard cheese - 50 g
Cream (fat content 10-20%) - 200 ml

Cooking:

1. Mix finely chopped onion, minced meat, egg, boiled rice, salt, pepper, knead well.
2. Roll into balls the size of a tangerine and fry them for vegetable oil.
3. In a separate pan, while the meatballs are fried, fry the diced onion and mushrooms in vegetable oil.
4. Pour cream, salt and pepper. The sauce is ready.
5. When the meatballs are fried on both sides, fill them mushroom sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
6. After 30 minutes, meatballs are ready! When serving, you can also sprinkle with grated cheese or chopped herbs.

2. Meatballs "Like in a kindergarten"

This recipe for meatballs has been our favorite since childhood. Meatballs are easy to make and delicious to eat!

Ingredients:

For meatballs:
Minced meat (in this case, pork) - 400 g
Rice - 1/2 cup round grain
Onion - 1 medium onion
Egg - 1 pc.
Flour for breading
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil (for frying)
For gravy:
Tomato paste - 1 teaspoon
Flour - 1 tablespoon
Cream (sour cream) - 1 tablespoon
Water - 1.5 cups of water

Cooking:

1. Scroll the meat through a meat grinder or buy ready-made minced meat.

2. Finely chop the onion with a blender or pass through a meat grinder.

3. Boil rice until tender. Let it cool down a bit.

4. Mix minced meat, egg, onion, rice. Mix well.

5. Form meatballs with a diameter of approximately 4.5 - 5 cm. Roll in flour. Put in a heated pan with vegetable oil. Fry on all sides (takes about 5 minutes); do not close the lid. Then pour 1 cup of boiling water into the pan so that the water is up to half the level of the meatballs. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

6. In half a glass of warm water, add cream or sour cream, flour. Mix well so that there are no lumps. Pour into skillet. Mix everything well. Simmer another 10-15 minutes.

Meatballs with gravy can be served with any side dish, such as mashed potatoes.

3. Light meatballs with stuffing and delicious sauce

Ingredients:
Chicken breast (turkey) - 900g.
Buckwheat - 120 gr. (dry)
Onion - 2 pcs. (small)
Garlic - 3 pcs. (cloves)
Dill or parsley - in minced meat and in sauce.
Processed cheese (such as "karat", "amber") - 2 pcs.
Sour cream 10% - 120 gr.
Egg - 1 pc.
Cream - 20% - 50 ml.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - for lubrication of the mold.

Cooking:
1. So .... we separate the breast from the bones, clean it from the skin (there is the fat), clean the onion, forest, wash the greens.
2. Boil buckwheat until half cooked and cool.
3. Scroll the fillet, onion, garlic, greens. Mix minced meat with buckwheat, egg .... add salt and pepper. Mix and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
4. In the meantime, cut the cheese into cubes, this will be the filling for meatballs, leave half the pack for the sauce.
5. We form meatballs and hide a piece of cheese in the middle, put them in a greased form.
6. Let's deal with the sauce ... mix sour cream, cream, the remaining cheese, salt, herbs.

4. Meatballs with mushrooms baked in the oven in tomato and sour cream sauce

Ingredients:
450g minced meat
300g mushrooms (champignons)
80g cheese
1 head of onion
2 garlic cloves
0.75 cups round grain rice
0.75 cups of water
1.5 cups of tomatoes in their own juice
3 tbsp flour
4-5 tablespoons of sour cream
salt, ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon sugar

Cooking:
1. Rice pre-cook and cool
2. Mushrooms, along with onions and garlic, chop in a blender to medium pieces
3. Knead the minced meat well, knocking it well in a bowl 3-4 times. Add rice, onion-mushroom mixture, cheese (finely grated), dill, salt and pepper… Mix everything well…
4. Moisten hands with cold water and form meatballs from minced meat. Put them in a heat-resistant form in one layer.
5. Take tomatoes (I have pieces) and add sugar, mix
6. Now add sour cream to the juice and mix again
7. Separately, we take 0.75 cups of cold water and dissolve the flour in it so that there are no lumps
8. Mix the tomato-sour cream mixture and flour dissolved in water. Pour our meatballs
9. We cover the form with foil and put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees ... Bake for 60 minutes ...

5. Very simple and tasty meatballs

Ingredients:

● 300 gr. minced meat
● 5 medium raw potatoes
● 1 large raw carrot
● 1 egg
● 1 small onion
● Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking:

1. Rub potatoes and carrots on coarse grater, add minced meat, egg, salt, pepper and onion, make meatballs, roll in flour and fry.
2. Place in a saucepan, pour over the gravy (whoever makes it) and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Meatballs come out very tasty, and inside they are also colored! =)

● Minced meat - 500 g

Boil a handful of rice. We cut the onion finely. Mix the minced meat, rice and onion, add the egg, salt and spices. We mix. We form meatballs, rolling in flour. We send them to the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Next, send the meatballs to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes minutes.
We make sauce. We cut the onion in half rings, three large carrots. Fry in vegetable oil. Add 3 tablespoons tomato paste, simmer for a couple of minutes, add 3 tablespoons of sour cream, salt and spices to taste - bring to a boil. Squeeze 1-2 cloves of garlic into the sauce.
