A very interesting combination of flavors in one plate: the tenderness and aroma of grilled peppers, the sharpness of chicken fillet, the sweetness of grapes, combined delicate sauce and crunchy sesame seeds. That's how it should be festive salad- light and rich at the same time!

Prepare products. Wash and dry lettuce leaves, grapes, chicken fillet and Bulgarian pepper, measure out the spices and sesame seeds. For this salad, it is better to choose a grape variety called sultana so as not to remove the seeds, but any other sweet grape variety will do.

Coat the chicken fillet with a mixture of chili and grape vinegar and roll it on all sides in sesame seeds. Put the grill pan to heat up, sprinkling it with 20 gr. olive oil. Peel the Bulgarian pepper from seeds and partitions, cut into large segments. Throw in the pepper and chicken breasts on a grill pan.

Grill peppers and fillets on both sides, 8-10 minutes each.

While the breasts and peppers are cooking, cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds.

Arrange dried lettuce leaves on a serving platter.

Cut the slightly cooled chicken fillet into slices across the fibers and put on top of lettuce leaves.

Cut the pepper into narrow strips and “cover” the breasts with it.

Pour the creamy mustard sauce on top of the peppers and top off the salad with a layer of grapes. Garnish with a little sesame seeds if desired.

Salad of chicken, sweet pepper and grapes ready. Enjoy your meal!

I present an unusual preparation - pepper stuffed with grapes. I planned to cook peppers in a honey filling with grapes without a prescription, I accidentally found such a twist, the grapes are laid in vegetables, the taste of the dressing is sweet and sour, the acidifier is natural - lemon juice. The source does not indicate whose cuisine it is, maybe Bulgarian. Enjoy your meal!
