Peeled tomato pulp should be cut into small cubes.


Peel the bell pepper from the core with seeds, remove the green tails, and then thoroughly rinse the remaining pulp. Cut the peeled peppers into strips.


Rinse the apples thoroughly with warm water, remove the seed box from them, cut off the antennae and tear out the twig. After all, cut the fruit into small slices.


Peel the garlic cloves from the husk, and then chop in any way convenient for you, passing through a garlic press or simply chopping with a knife.

Step 2: Stew vegetables.

In total we need:

Bulgarian pepper - 20 pcs;
Minced meat - 1 kg;
Carrots - 2 small pieces;
Onion - 2 pcs. large;
Rice - 300 g;
Greens - 1 bunch
Salt, pepper, spices to taste

Cut off the top of the peppers and carefully remove the seeds. Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots and fry the vegetable mixture on vegetable oil. Boil rice. We finely chop the greens. We combine all the ingredients in a bowl, add salt, pepper, mix thoroughly. We stuff the peppers with the minced meat, carefully arrange them in bags and send them to the freezer.

In winter, when guests arrive or you want to feel the taste of summer, we take the peppers out of the freezer, put them vertically in a saucepan and pour:

Just almost completely with water and add a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste, salt, spices, herbs, garlic;

Sour cream-tomato sauce: mix 150 g of sour cream and 150 g of tomato paste or ketchup and add water, salt, spices, garlic and parsley;

Minced meat is prepared in the same way as for pepper. We cut the onion, grate the carrots, fry them in vegetable oil. Chop greens and boil rice. In a large saucepan bring water to a boil. We wash the cabbage under the tap and carefully cut the leaves at the base, as if cutting out the stump. Proper cabbage- slightly flattened and greenish. Such leaves are more flexible and thinner. We lower the cut head into boiling water for a couple of minutes, until the leaves begin to separate themselves. We take out, carefully separate all the freely lagging leaves and lower them into boiling water again. After a couple of minutes, we take it out again and separate the leaves. In such a simple way, we undress our cabbage, trying not to digest the leaves. We beat off the rough part of the cooled leaves and begin to wrap the minced meat in them. For freezing, it is best to completely close the filling, so put a couple of tablespoons of minced meat on the sheet, cover with a thick side, wrap the side parts on top and roll up a tight roll. We distribute the resulting rolls into packages and put them in the freezer.

When the time has come, we take out our duckies, defrost them, fry them in a hot pan and put them to stew in a pan or baking dish. Pour water and delicious sauces on top:

Mix fried onions and carrots with sour cream (150g) and tomato paste (150g);

Chopped garlic, herbs and sour cream are stirred with the addition of broth;
