Would need: 3 squid fillets, 2 fresh cucumber, 4 hard-boiled eggs, 300 g canned champignons, salt and black ground pepper taste.

Boil the squid fillet and cut into strips of 1 cm. Cucumbers, eggs, also cut into strips. Mushrooms (if small) cut into 4 parts. Mix everything with mayonnaise (or mayonnaise-based sauce). Add salt and pepper to taste.

The edible parts of the squid are a protein product; proteins account for about 80% of dry matter.

Squid salad with rice

Option number 2

Required: 0.5 kg of squid, 2 carrots and onions, 3 tbsp. spoons vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Remove the remains of the entrails and hard plates from the squid. Then rinse, rinse with boiling water and remove the skin.

Cut carrots and onions, fry in oil until almost cooked. Salt, pepper and stuff the squid carcasses with vegetables.

Then put them on the bottom of the saucepan and pour boiling water over them. Hold for 2-3 minutes on low heat and remove. They are good both hot and cold.

Calamari with garlic and cheese

Would need: 0.5 kg squid fillet, 150 g hard cheese, 3 boiled eggs, 2-3 garlic cloves, ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of dill, parsley or green onions, ¼ lemon.

Cut boiled squid into strips. Cheese grate with large holes. Cut eggs into cubes. Combine squids with cheese, eggs, finely chopped garlic, season with mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.

When serving, sprinkle the dish with finely chopped herbs.

4. Everything has been cleaned, now it is ready for further use. Let's boil the clam first. In a saucepan, when the water boils, throw salt, then squid.

The fact is that squids need to be boiled in salted water so that they take in as much salt as they need. And if you do not salt, then it will be too late. They will not take in the right amount and we will not achieve the result - good taste.

5. Without leaving the pan, as the water begins to boil (the first bubbles appear), cook for exactly one minute. Not more! Take it out and let it cool down on its own room temperature. There are many ways to cook squid, but this is my favorite.
