So, a sigh of relief! Good yeast is the key to a perfectly rising dough, which we will now begin to prepare.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the yeast: warm water, vegetable oil (I love olive oil), salt, flour.

Don't add too hot water to the dough, it can slow down the yeast.

We begin to knead the dough, first you can use a spoon.

Then we connect our hands (do not forget to remove the rings before kneading the dough).

The dough should be firm enough not to stick to your hands.
Cover the dough with a damp towel soaked in hot water. As practice shows, this The best way shelter for yeast dough, with which it rises quickly and well. We put the dough in a place without drafts for 30-40 minutes.

The proofing time of the yeast dough is individual: it depends on the quality of the yeast, the density of the flour and the conditions that you created to raise the dough. To rise, I put the bowl of dough in the oven (which is not on yet). There are no drafts in this place and thanks to a damp towel, the necessary humidity and warmth are created. You can put the dough in the kitchen cabinet.
So, after half an hour, our pizza dough has doubled in size.

Sprinkle flour on the surface on which we will roll out the dough. We lay it out and start rolling it out. The thickness of the cake depends on your preferences: if you like pizza on a thin dough, you need to roll it out very hard, almost until the dough is translucent. This dough recipe is suitable for both thick and thin pizza. I roll out the crust with a thickness of 0.5 cm. The pizza is thin.

I use a silicone mat from Ikea to work with the dough, I really like it because it makes it easier to transfer the pizza to the baking sheet. When I rolled out the pizza crust to the size I need, I turn the silicone mat over the baking sheet and the cake gently moves onto the baking sheet.
