  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • a pinch of black pepper;
  • a small bunch of dill;
  • Vegetable oil for frying;
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Cooking:

  1. Peel shrimp by dipping in boiling water.
  2. Put in a container, add soy sauce, squeeze the garlic and squeeze the lemon juice. Press down with a load and leave for 15 minutes.
  3. Pour oil into a hot frying pan. Throw in the marinated shrimp. Add tomato paste, finely chopped dill and black pepper.
  4. Fry for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Shrimps with onions and tomatoes

  7. Arrange shrimp in prepared dish. Sprinkle the cheese on top before the seafood has cooled.
