  2. Keep the mixture on the stove to make it thicker. Stir it periodically. Add spices, pepper and salt last and stir.
  3. Rinse the beef, after removing the veins and films, cut into pieces. Beat the slices, add salt and pepper. Coat in flour and fry quickly on both sides in hot oil in a frying pan.
  4. Cut the carrots (into cubes or strips), onions (depending on the size into half or whole rings).
  5. Also cut the mushrooms in half or quarters and fry in oil.
  6. Place half of the fried onion and meat into a mold (it can be greased with a piece of margarine), and pour over the sauce.
  7. Place mushrooms on top of the sauce and add salt. All that remains is to place the carrots, the second part of the onion, and also pour the sauce over it.
  8. Bring the oven temperature to 180–185 degrees Celsius and cook the meat in French without potatoes for half an hour. Remove the pan, sprinkle with grated cheese, and let it warm up in the oven for another 7 minutes.
