First you need to boil the shrimp. Place them in a saucepan, add water, salt and cook. Place the cooked shrimp in a colander.

Open the jar of canned cucumbers, drain the marinade and cut the cucumbers into strips. Place a layer of canned cucumbers in the prepared bowls. Just take cucumbers that are tasty and not sour.

Peel the apple, core and cut into strips. Place a layer of apples on top of the cucumbers. Peel the finished shrimp and cut the meat into pieces. Place a layer of shrimp on top of the apples. This layer of salad must be greased with homemade mayonnaise. Homemade mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream with soy sauce or natural yogurt with salt and mustard.

Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and grate. Place a layer of eggs on the shrimp, and place a layer of grated hard cheese on the eggs.

This salad should be served immediately after preparation, and if you want it to sit for a while, then you need to cover the salad with film on top so that the eggs and cheese do not harden.

Salad with garlic

Ingredients:

  • peeled shrimp – 350 g
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • Chinese cabbage – 1 head
  • mayonnaise – 150 g
  • Edam cheese – 250 g
  • large salad tomato – 1 pc.
  • fresh champignons – 400 g
  • salt - a pinch
  • sunflower oil

First of all, you need to boil the mushrooms. First put them in a saucepan and add water. Add salt and set to cook. Place the finished mushrooms in a colander to drain the liquid. Then cut the prepared mushrooms into pieces and place in a heated frying pan with sunflower oil. Fry the champignons a little. After this, cool the mushrooms.

The garlic should be peeled and crushed through a press. Then mix garlic with mayonnaise. The tomato needs to be washed, dried and cut into small pieces. Peking cabbage should be chopped into thin strips.

Grate the cheese. Shrimp should be taken peeled, defrost them and wait until all the liquid has dried. Place the shrimp on the grill or in a frying pan with a small amount of sunflower oil.

Prepare a glass or bowl. Place a layer of tomatoes on the bottom. After this, lay out the cheese, Chinese cabbage, champignons mixed with mayonnaise and place the shrimp in the last layer. This salad can be served immediately after preparation.

Diet salad

Ingredients:

  • peeled shrimp – 200 g
  • canned bell pepper – 1.5 pcs.
  • boiled chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
  • tomato paste – 1 tsp.
  • green salad leaves – 5 pcs.
  • lemon
  • salt - a pinch

Boil shrimp in salted water, peel and chop finely. Remove the canned bell pepper from the jar and cut into pieces. Boil the eggs until thick, peel and cut into pieces. To prepare the dressing, you need to mix tomato paste with mayonnaise. Add this dressing to the prepared salad and stir.

Place lettuce leaves in bowls. Place the prepared salad on the leaves, grate the egg yolk on top and garnish with lemon slices. The lemon in the salad can be replaced with a piece of grapefruit. The salad can be served immediately after preparation.
