Everyone is accustomed to considering pork meat to be fatty and high in calories, but if you take a piece of clean pulp and cook it correctly, you can quite easily get a delicious dietary dish, such as lasagna with pork and spinach. Our recipe uses skim milk and low-fat ricotta. By the way, ricotta is a traditional Italian cheese. If it is prepared with cow's milk, then the fat content is only about 8%, which is also suitable for preparing a dietary dish. By the way, it is interesting that in Italy ricotta is used not only for making lasagna or savory pies, but also for chocolate and cakes.

For our lasagna we will need egg sheets, which you can buy in the store or cook yourself. To prepare it at home, you need flour, eggs, olive oil and a little water.

The main principle is to knead the dough; you need to knead it with your hands for at least 15-20 minutes until it stops sticking to your hands. Then you need to let the dough rest under a lid or cling film.

After that, divide it into parts and roll out thin sheets. By the way, they can be prepared for future use and stored in the freezer. Then preparing delicious lasagna will take you very little time.

So, boil the leaves and divide them into 3 parts, each with 2-3 leaves. Cook the spinach for 5 minutes after boiling, then drain the water and squeeze it out.

After the sauce boils, it must be boiled for a few more minutes, stirring constantly. You need to grease the bottom of the baking dish with this sauce, you will need about 2-3 tablespoons. Place one portion of lasagna sheets on top of the sauce.

Add the pork cut into small cubes to the rest of the sauce, add spices and stir. It's good if it's a mixture of Italian spices. They are perfect for these types of dishes.

Place a third of the resulting mixture on lasagna leaves, add half of the spinach and ricotta, and one-third of the mozzarella. The next step is another layer of leaves and again the sauce with pork, spinach, ricotta and mozzarella.

The last layers will again be lasagna leaves, sauce with meat and the remaining mozzarella on top.

Place the lasagna pan in an oven preheated to 160-180 degrees for about half an hour.

Once ready, leave it for 10-15 minutes so that the leaves are better saturated with the sauce. The lasagna can then be cut and served.

This recipe used minced pork, but you can replace it with beef, mixed, or even chicken (dark meat only).
