  3. Form meatballs from the minced meat.
  4. Boil water in a saucepan and put bay leaves in it.
  5. Drop the meat balls into the boiling liquid and cook them over medium heat.
  6. After 20 minutes, add the onion, carrots and black pepper.
  7. After this, add chopped parsley and tomatoes to the soup.
  8. After a quarter of an hour, the fire can be turned off.

In order for the soup to be ready, it needs to stand under the lid for 5-8 minutes.

Preparation

  1. Potatoes need to be peeled, washed and carefully cut into cubes.
  2. Pour water into a saucepan and put it on fire.
  3. During this time, form the minced meat into balls.
  4. As soon as the water boils, place the potatoes and meatballs in it.
  5. While the food is cooking, you can do the rest of the vegetables. First you need to randomly chop the carrots, onions, bell peppers and garlic.
  6. Fry the prepared products in a frying pan, adding a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  7. Add the juicy dressing to the soup as soon as the meatballs and potatoes are almost ready.

500 g minced chicken;
200 g spinach or greens (optional);
1 onion;

salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking steps

Add water, chopped potatoes and 1 whole onion to the pan. Place on the fire and cook until the potatoes are half cooked.

To prepare meatballs, mince chicken meat along with an onion, mix with finely chopped herbs (or spinach), pepper and salt to taste, mix thoroughly and roll into small balls with your hands - meatballs.

When the potatoes are half cooked, add minced chicken meatballs and grated carrots to the broth and cook the soup for 10 minutes, until the meat is cooked.

Add grated garlic, salt, pepper (if necessary) to the saucepan with soup and turn off the gas.
