Rinse the rice thoroughly, then soak in cold water for two hours. After that, drain the water.

Pour the cereal into the multicooker bowl.

Pour in milk diluted with water. Salt.

Pour in three teaspoons of sugar.

Stir with a special spoon. Then take a piece of butter and run it in a wide strip inside the bowl just above the liquid level. This technique will prevent the milk from boiling too much, and the porridge from rising to the edge of the bowl during cooking.
